HCH 16th Annual Foundation Golf Tournament

The Hiawatha Community Hospital Foundation invites you to participate in the 16th Annual Benefit Golf Tournament to be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017.

Last year $13,000 was raised! The money went towards the new room service project that was implemented in April, 2017, improving dietary services for inpatients of the hospital. The funds were also used to assist the
Hospital Auxiliary with remodeling the board conference room which is used by employees and the community.

The funds raised from this years tournament will be used to assist the hospital in the purchase of a sepsis testing machine for the Laboratory and security for the OB Department.

Tournament Information
*Registration Deadline: August 11, 2017

Entry Fee is $50 per individual or $200 per team (includes soft drinks, green fee, lunch, entry gifts and prizes)

Contests for longest drive(men and woman), longest put and closest to the pin

*****HOLE-IN-ONE WINS $10,000
